Faulty products can be returned to us within 7 days if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn. If you experience the above problems, please contact us by sending an email to returns-at-topswimsuitasia.com (please replace -at- with the standard @ symbol), and ensure you attach clear pictures for confirmation. Once confirmed, we will provide discounts on your next order or a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Please understand that any refund claim outside the 7 days after receiving the order shall not be entertained.

Shipping delays

We hope that all of our valued customers can appreciate and understand that we have no control over international shipping time after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. For delayed orders in which the package was shipped within the normal processing period, we may deal with them on a case-by-case basis, please contact us, and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours.

Once our after-sale customer service confirms the problem, we will offer the relative solutions to your problems. Before our customers receive their orders, we have the right to dismiss the claim or return request submitted by the customer who has not contacted us first.

How to Return an order

Please understand that the shipping bill is on you, the customer. Also, do not send to our address stated on the website, or the address found on the shipping label. We will provide you with an address to return the product to.

  4. Please note that all returned items must be in good condition and won’t affect the second sale.

  6. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with a credit card for your refund to appear.
  7. No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale.
  8. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. Top Swimsuit Asia is not responsible for the returned package not reaching us or lost in transit.
